Politics - Age, Knowledge & Experience

Minimum and maximum age of politicians is a hoke cake for debate in our country. This issue has been raised many times in past without any national debate either in public or parliament. However considering the nature of our democracy, economy and aspirations of Indians especially the growing youth in our society this issue requires vast discussion and implementations of the outcome of that.
I think what should be the matter of discussion be that how much knowledge a person is required to possess if one is going to lead a country as big, versatile and diverse as India.
I think person should have pursued a bachelor degree and must having 5 years of work experience in any of the knowledge/professional sector at least. So an Ideal age come out to be 25 years minimum.
Even in our neighbouring country of Pakistan they have a law enacted by their parliament which prevent any person from becoming legislator who is not a graduate. If in spite of all of their troubles in democracy as well the low literacy rate they can have such future looking law, why can't we?Also there should definitely be an age for retirement. 60 years limit would be too less to be retire, because we direly need better experienced people for our country. It should be decided by medical as well mental fitness of a person and can vary to 70 to maximum 75 years depending upon person to person. However there should be some medical and mental fitness certificate required to be possessed by the person by reputated medical practitioner who is interested to contest election after 60 years.
